New Feature Spotlight: Multiple Trainers


If you want to accomplish a lot at once, or just want to keep your workouts from getting stale, try mixing it up with multiple trainers.

It’s pretty simple: On the left side of your Podfitness homepage, look under Training Programs. This lists the training programs you are currently using. At the bottom of this section, click “Add a New Program (Recommendations)“.

You’ll be taken to your Podfitness Recommendations screen. You can pick from the Podfitness recommendations, or choose a program yourself by clicking “Find a different training program“.

Click on one of the programs under “Your Program“. That program is now active, so your next workout will be with that trainer.

Podfitness will keep track of your place in as many workout programs as you like. If you want to get rid of one, click the “Delete” link under the program.

Use multiple programs when you need a change of pace from your routine, or try alternating cardio, weights, and yoga programs to really mix it up!
