Podfitness Brings Custom Fitness Plans to Microsoft HealthVault

As you may have read, Microsoft today announced its HealthVault service, and we can tell you about our alliance with them.

Microsoft has created a place to store all of your health information and services. What that means to you is that soon, you won’t have to fill out your personal medical history in quadruplicate every time you visit the doctor’s office.

It’s also a place to keep track of your own (and your family’s) health progress, your weight loss programs, your fitness programs, etc. This is great news for Podfitness members, because it means that if you want, Podfitness will be able to keep track your current health and fitness situation, and tailor your workout plan accordingly.

Soon, Podfitness will feature more integration with HealthVault, and the potential benefits to you are amazing. You’ll be able to get your workouts faster, they’ll be more tailored to your personal situation, and tracking your progress will be easier and more tightly integrated.

Stay tuned for more info about our HealthVault alliance, this is just the tip of the iceberg.
