Part of This Complete Breakfast
First: A note on hypocrisy. We at the Podfitness Blog don’t want to bore you with the minutiae of our daily lives. However, we are compelled to confess that a couple of us (namely Jesse and I) are not what you would call slim.I’m not even counting the fact that we are overweight and working at a fitness company as hypocrisy. Being heavy doesn’t keep us from necessarily doing our jobs. But we’ve heard lots of stories of people losing weight with Podfitness, and the mounting guilt of hearing success stories from our users has finally motivated us to action.
A couple of months ago, we gave it the old college try and held a private bet to see who could lose more weight. We’ll save that story for another time, but suffice it to say that neither of us achieved our goals, and we’re back at it.
We both have about 40 or 50 pounds to lose, and now it’s on like Donkey Kong.
I started my diet plan this week, and I’m starting my exercise plan on Monday. I’ll be using several different Podfitness training programs, weights on Mon/Wed/Fri with Bryan Haycock, and switching up cardio programs 5 days a week. We’ll update you from time to time on our progress.
I know most people put “losing weight” at the top of their wish list, but the bottom of their to-do list. The reality is that it’s not as difficult as we make it out to be, once you’ve actually started.
Just remember how Podfitness fits into your weight loss plan: like Cheat Commandos-O’s, it’s a part of this complete breakfast. You’ll still need to incorporate a sound eating plan, and find a workout space (whether it’s your house, gym, or outside).
And in case you were wondering, Jimmy Dean Pancakes ‘n’ Sausage Bonanza-on-a-Stick is not a part of any complete breakfast, ever.

What about the Pancakes & Sausage on a stick with BLUEBERRRIES!!!
Those have got to be healthy.
